James Tracker is likewise suing chief Ti West and creation organization A24. He is looking for something like $500,000 in punitive fees for battery and unjust end after the episode, which happened in April 2023.
The claim, which was shared by Cutoff time, says Tracker was recruited for three days of work as a foundation entertainer to assume the part of "Dead Parishioner" in "MaXXXine," the third movie in a set of three of blood and gore films coordinated by Ti West and featuring Goth.

It says he was not given a justification for this.
Over the accompanying two days, Tracker said he experienced "head injury side effects," including cognitive decline, disarray, and confusion, prompting him making an outing to the clinic.
