Singer James Morrison left ‘devastated’ as wife is found dead in Gloucestershire home aged 45




Ms Catchpole was found at their home in Whitminster, Gloucestershire on Friday, as per reports.

A family companion told The Sun: " Gill was found dead on Friday at the family's home in Whitminster.

The You Give Me Something vocalist, 39, had been with his accomplice Gill Catchpole for more than twenty years. Morrison, then 17, met Ms. Catchpole when she moved into his mother's house as a lodger.


The pair later started a relationship and proceeded to invite girls, Elsie, 15, and Ada, 5, who was conceived rashly.


Morrison said his latest collection More grounded Than You Know had been propelled by Ms Catchpole following the test of their little girl's untimely birth.

Ms Catchpole ran a fruitful bistro, called the Cotswold Sandwich Box, situated in the town they lived in.
The bistro was shut on Saturday evening.
